As wedding photographers we spend our time capturing amazing moments of love wrapped in great light. It's kind of our thing. But once in awhile we photograph other events and places. This year we captured the Solar Eclipse in the area of totality. When the sun emerges from behind the moon, just at the precise moment as its rays break the lunar horizon there is a burst of light. This burst of light with the glowing, backlit edges of the moon produce "The Wedding Ring." This is shot photographers around the world proclaim as a once in a lifetime shot.

We captured this shot on the property of Tellico Village Yacht Club (35°42'18.4"N 84°15'18.8"W)
